The President of Teneo Results, she started the company in 2003, and has subsequently trained thousands of sales professionals at more than 250 companies across North America.

Lisa recognizes that the competitive sales landscape is ever-changing and that sales teams must evolve with the times. With practical and effective tools, she helps salespeople upgrade their skills, set goals and land significant new sales opportunities through purposeful business conversations with customers that drive results.

Lisa’s results have attracted clients such as Bosch, SunStar, Dustbane, Home Hardware, StackTeck System Inc, Enercare, JELD-WEN Windows & Doors, ReSource Group Canada and FedEx.

Lisa is a distinguished Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and is an accredited training partner of the Canadian Professional Sales Association. She is the first woman to have earned the dual designation of Certified Sales Professional with Distinction and Certified Speaker Professional in North America.

Her work as a sales strategist, trainer and coach began during her distinguished 20-year career in sales, in which she was a top million-dollar achiever for over 8 straight years, selling to  clients like IBM, Daimler Chrysler, Hershey, Hiram Walker, Cadbury Beverages and YTV.

When she’s not helping her clients achieve success, she volunteers in her community, travels with her husband Tom, and enjoys re-fueling at their cottage, shopping with her daughters, and running.

Angela Leach, CSP

Customer Experience Strategist, Trainer & Coach

Angela leads Teneo’s “Customer Conversations” program and Professional Selling program.

Angela is a dynamic facilitator and trainer helping business teams build an engaging consultative customer service culture with amazing team dynamics and open communication. Clients enjoy her energy, focus on people, and ability to create a stronger cross-cultural customer experience among all departments within an organization.

Angela gained her sales, customer service, and leadership experience working with companies such as TD Canada Trust, Farm Credit Canada, Alexandria Moulding, Jeldwen Windows & Doors, Bosch, and Ontario Farm Fresh Marketing Association.

Angela helps others develop an awareness of self and their blind spots through her strong coaching abilities.

She feels so lucky to have found her dream job! Work is truly play for her. She loves to learn from those around her, and her husband and three girls are no exception. They inspire her to be better and to dream big.

Her bucket list consists of skiing in the Swiss Alps, taking a world cruise, and being thankful for each day along the way.

Jennifer Krueger, CSP

Sales Strategist, Trainer & Coach

Jennifer Krueger brings passion and energy to her training and coaching of sales teams and leaders. She has 20 years of sales experience as well as a degree in Adult Learning & Development from the University of Toronto. Jennifer has successfully sold to many clients including Ontario Power Generation, Magna, Unilever, Cenovus, ViaRail, Barrick Gold, KPMG, Stantec, and more.

Jennifer is a certified trainer with distinction, and has spoken at a variety of Conference Board of Canada events. She has also lived and worked in four countries. When she’s not helping audiences become better salespeople, she loves to travel with her family, head to the gym, and manage the gardens of her country home.

On Jennifer’s bucket list are trips to Africa and to the Galapagos Islands with her family, as well as still being able to do cartwheels at age 70. She would also like to make videos to increase women’s knowledge on the maintenance of cars.

Shannon VanDeByl

Manager of Everything – Assessments & Certifications

Shannon has been in client services for more than 15 years, ten of those with Teneo Results. She is responsible for servicing the many diverse needs of our clients as well as all things operational. She works behind the scenes to make sure your training program is a huge success.

Shannon is the go-to person who is readily available to answer questions about the logistics of delivering every training & coaching program. She updates clients on their programs, fields their inquiries, schedules coaching calls, and does a million other tasks to make sure the programs go off without a hitch. She is also our Profiles Assessment expert, helping you hire and promote the right people in the right roles. Shannon is the “glue” of the company and provides the ultimate service to our clients.

When she is not helping our clients, Shannon is a busy hockey mom who loves cheering on her boys. She also loves camping with her husband and sons in the summer. One of Shannon’s bucket list goals is to travel across Europe and visit historical monuments.

Jasmine Prygiel

Client Services & Marketing Manager

Jasmine Prygiel is Client Services and Marketing Manager at Teneo Results. In her role as a member of the Client Services management team, Jasmine is deeply committed to ensuring a successful outcome for every client she works with and every sales trainer & coach she supports. Prior to joining Teneo, Jasmine worked for several years as a Marketing Coordinator & Analyst. She brings her experience developing and executing B2B marketing communications and campaigns, educating sales teams on product promotions, and organizing tradeshows to her current role. Her attention to detail, and excellent rapport-building skills enable her to effectively strengthen client relationships and accomplish key marketing objectives. Jasmine joined Teneo because she is passionate about working with innovative companies that value their people. She feels privileged to be working with a team that truly helps organizations reach their goals and achieve success.

Jasmine and her husband enjoy being cuddle-monsters, nose-wipers, and dance-partners to their two young and energetic daughters. When she isn’t chasing her daughters around, she enjoys reading, attending concerts, and meeting friends for coffee and a chat.

Jasmine loves the awe-inspired experience of travelling. Her bucket list includes travelling to Nova Scotia, New York, and France.
