Sales Strategist, Speaker and Coach

Lisa lives by the mantra, “Be Strategic. Be Pro-active. Be Brave,” and has taught and coached sales leaders and their teams to do the same for over fifteen years. The President of Teneo Results, she started the company in 2003, and has subsequently trained thousands of sales professionals at more than 250 companies across North America.

Lisa recognizes that the competitive sales landscape is ever-changing and that sales teams must evolve with the times. With practical and effective tools, she helps salespeople upgrade their skills, set goals and land significant new sales opportunities through purposeful business conversations with customers that drive results.

Lisa’s results have attracted clients such as Bosch, SunStar, Dustbane, Home Hardware, StackTeck System Inc, Enercare, JELD-WEN Windows & Doors, ReSource Group Canada and FedEx.

Lisa is a distinguished Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and is an accredited training partner of the Canadian Professional Sales Association. She is the first woman to have earned the dual designation of Certified Sales Professional with Distinction and Certified Speaker Professional in North America.

Her work as a sales strategist, trainer and coach began during her distinguished 20-year career in sales, in which she was a top million-dollar achiever for over 8 straight years, selling to  clients like IBM, Daimler Chrysler, Hershey, Hiram Walker, Cadbury Beverages and YTV.

When she’s not helping her clients achieve success, she volunteers in her community, travels with her husband Tom, and enjoys re-fueling at their cottage, shopping with her daughters, and running.

Frederic Lucas, CSL

Frederic Lucas believes that potential is the starting point and there is a whole journey to get there! After more than 15 years of helping hundreds of leaders, executives and sales representatives every day, he is still amazed by how strong the will to surpass their own perceived barriers are in these individuals, and this is what drives him to continue his own life-long development journey!

 

Frederic is a Certified Sales Leader through the Canadian Professional Sales Association, as well as a Certified Trainer & Coach. He is proud to have worked with so many incredible clients, including Pinc. collectif, Syscomax, Descartes, Unicor, Perkuto and more.

Jonathan Lucas

Sales Technologies Expert

Jonathan Lucas’ entrepreneurial streak developed early on. He made an offer to acquire the first company he worked for, and although his offer was not accepted, his interest in finance and business management was born. 

Combining his passion for sports and entrepreneurship, he launched his own business distributing high-end ski equipment, later selling the company to pursue a stakeholder position in another organization that manufactured a commodity product.

The combination of these experiences created the drive for Jonathan to  join PRIMA. He now satisfies his passion for helping other business leaders in their growth challenges and the implementation of performance technologies in sales.

 

Louis Larochelle, CSL

Today, I am exactly where I need to be and where I see that I can have a positive impact on many more people than at any other time in my life. In my role at PRIMA, I can help people, not just in one team, but across multiple companies and do it over time. Seeing the journey and evolution of each person in these companies is something I missed.

Speaking of career paths, I chose sales to finance my education, but I must also say that sales chose me because I quickly became successful in this role by going door to door. After that promising start, I didn’t always succeed in sales, but that didn’t stop me from pursuing it, training myself and trusting my very people-oriented, problem-solving approach.

A few key people had a great impact on my journey and gave me a chance. What I take away from this is that when you put in the effort, you get the results. I then realized the impact I could have in coaching salespeople and helping them be better professionally and personally. I’ve seen discouraged people who wanted to quit the business rise to the top of the sales ranks. I’ve also seen successful people become unstoppable from their top position.

I always try to tell myself: am I inspiring for others? For my loved ones, but also for all the people I meet, help and coach. The day I am not, I will really question myself hard! For now, I am focusing on positive contagion within the sales force and with the business leaders I coach.

Jennifer Krueger, CSP

Sales Strategist, Trainer & Coach

Jennifer Krueger brings passion and energy to her training and coaching of sales teams and leaders. She has 20 years of sales experience as well as a degree in Adult Learning & Development from the University of Toronto. Jennifer has successfully sold to many clients including Ontario Power Generation, Magna, Unilever, Cenovus, ViaRail, Barrick Gold, KPMG, Stantec, and more.

Jennifer is a certified trainer with distinction, and has spoken at a variety of Conference Board of Canada events. She has also lived and worked in four countries. When she’s not helping audiences become better salespeople, she loves to travel with her family, head to the gym, and manage the gardens of her country home.

On Jennifer’s bucket list are trips to Africa and to the Galapagos Islands with her family, as well as still being able to do cartwheels at age 70. She would also like to make videos to increase women’s knowledge on the maintenance of cars.

Jasmine Prygiel

Client Services Manager

Jasmine is deeply committed to ensuring a successful outcome for every client she works with and every sales trainer & coach she supports. Her attention to detail, and excellent rapport-building skills enable her to effectively strengthen client relationships, as well as support and understand their training needs. Jasmine joined Teneo because she is passionate about working with innovative companies that value their people. She feels privileged to be working with a team that truly helps organizations reach their goals and achieve success.

Jasmine and her husband stay busy cheering on their energetic daughters in piano, dance, and basketball.

Jasmine loves the awe-inspiring experience of travelling. Her bucket list includes travelling to Nova Scotia, New York, and France.

Jade Soucy

Admin & Marketing Coordinator

After an academic background in communications, Jade joined the PRIMA team in 2018 in an administrative role, where she had the opportunity to see how the company’s values and methodologies meet on a daily basis.

Soon, her interest in all things creative and visual pushed her into a role on the marketing team, allowing her to work on spreading the PRIMA brand through events, articles, and educational content.

Jade’s diversified experience on the team allows her to support her colleagues in all of their development projects and in helping clients to grow their business.

Sydney Wood

Social Media & Marketing Specialist

Sydney joined the Teneo Results team straight out of college, bringing a fresh perspective and new ideas to our marketing and social media efforts. Her creativity in both design and copywriting have had great impact in growing sales & nurturing client relationships. She is passionate about creating space for members of the sales community to come together to share their challenges, best practices, and advice – whether that space is a virtual “Give-Get-Gain” session, or live at an Evolve Sales Leaders Event! 

When she isn’t working, you might catch Sydney at a beach surfing the great lakes, getting suited up to go scuba diving, or packing her suitcase to jump on a plane!

Angela leads Teneo’s “Customer Conversations” and “Purposeful Sales Strategies” programs. Angela is a dynamic facilitator and trainer helping business teams build an engaging consultative customer service culture. Clients enjoy her energy, focus on people, and ability to create a stronger customer-centric culture among all departments within an organization.

Angela gained her sales, customer service, and leadership experience working with companies such as TD Canada Trust, Farm Credit Canada, Alexandria Moulding, JELD-WEN Windows & Doors, Bosch, CanWel Building Materials, and Ontario Farm Fresh Marketing Association. As a well as a Certified Sales Professional, she has earned the Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP) designation that focuses on training needs assessment, curriculum design, and evaluation. Angela has also earned a Masters Certificate in Adult Training and Development from the Schulich School of Business.

She feels so lucky to have found her dream job! Work is truly play for her. She loves to learn from those around her, and her husband and three girls are no exception. They inspire her to be better and to dream big. Her bucket list consists of riding her motorcycle across North America, skiing the Swiss Alps, and taking cooking classes in France.

Catherine has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a sales professional, coach, and sales leader in a variety of industries and training companies. Catherine’s combination of business acumen, creativity and sense of humour allows her to inspire and achieve sales excellence with the individuals she works with, making her an incredible asset to not only the Teneo team, but our clients’ teams as well.

Catherine specializes in Breakthrough Coaching; a guided coaching journey that enables clients to find clarity and purpose, improve relationships, performance, and transform their quality of life. Clients achieve results by uncovering the unconscious patterns and programming that keep them stuck – despite skills training!

She also provides Professional Sales Strategy & Deal Coaching for Sales Professionals facing hurdles in their careers.
